Life is too short to be afraid of getting wet in the sun, being laughed at dancing in front of people, and taking the steps towards happiness regardless of what the future holds. Cease the moment, carpe diem.

I went to the Folklife Festival last weekend with Marsha. We didn’t see any shows. We spent most of the time sitting in the sun by the water fountain, watching kids of all colors and age playing in the fountain. There was no particular game rule or end goal. With the water droplets silvery in the sun, the kids just ran like crazy through the water and laughed like there was no tomorrow. Watch the slideshow. This is one of my favorite sets of photos so far.
