Fuel is a perfect Sunday afternoon coffee hideaway because almost no one comes here. It tries to fit in the usual quaint and hippy Seattle neighborhood scene with its beaten up rusty gas pump in the corner. Fortunately it failed. I like its clean and simple decor. I like the changing local artists’ work displayed on the walls. I like the espresso and the retro orange logo. Finally, it all comes down to “user experience,” I liked the time spent there. hm… My favorite song from Jack Johnson “Better Together” is playing in my head.
